Darlington Ekwurumadu is a Senior Partner of the firm in our Portharcourt office 1. Called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2004. His wealth of experience in corporate legal serices has made him a vital asset in our Corporate Legal Services department. Over the years, he has contributed immensely in successfully seeing our corporate Clients through formation/registration of their businesses, internal operations (board meetings, shareholders protection, director’s rights and obligations, company secretarial services etc) and compliance with the relevant laws and governmental Agencies.

He trained as a Lawyer in the prestigious Rivers Stat4e University, Portharcourt where he obtained his Law degree in 2003 before proceeding to the Nigerian Law school. He commenced his legal career at the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria where he garnered experience in criminal litigation.

Aside his prowess and efficiency in corporate legal services, he is a trusted hand in property management and drafting and review of contracts and legal documents.
