Owhorji Charles Chinwendu specialises in advocacy in Property Acquisition and Compensation Law. Immediately after being called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010, gave himself passionately to active legal practice and was the Head of Chamber in Estacon Solicitors from the inception of the firm in 2011 till 2023 when he started Benjamin Solicitors Port Harcourt Office 2. He currently undergoing his Ph.D studies in Land Acquisition and Compensation Law, at the Rivers State University, Portharcourt where he obtained LLB and LLM in Property Law. His prowess, knowledge and experience in Litigation (both Civil and Criminal), Alternative Dispute Resolution, Property Consultancy, Acquisition and Compensation law has yielded positive results in resolving legal issues to the satisfaction of Clients. He is the Head of Port Harcourt 2 office.
